Pricing and Availability

Pricing
If you order an item and the correct price is lower than the stated price, we will ship you the item and charge the lower (correct) price.

If you order an item and the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will contact you by phone or e-mail, before shipping, for approval of the new price or cancellation of your order.

Availability
Please be aware that item availability is subject to change based on the stock status of an item. In the event an item is not available after you have placed your order, we will call or e-mail you to let you know when the item is available.  If the arrival date is not acceptable to you we will cancel your order at your request and refund your purchase price.

Return Policy

Item Must Be Returned Within 24 Hours
Refund Will Be Given As Money Back The Same Way The Payment Was Made.

All returns must be authorized by LA Spag’s Ltd. Any merchandise returned without authorization will be refused. All returns must be done within 24 Hours of receipt of the item.  All returns are subject to a 15 PERCENT restocking charge and shipping charges are not refundable unless it is the fault of the seller or stated in advance by LA Spag's Ltd.
